  • The PEN Teacher Roadmap

The PEN Teacher Roadmap is our flagship programme where we take teachers through a series of workshops that builds their belief and confidence in leveraging local materials, managing learners, using inquiry-based learning, training their peers, modifying and designing hands-on activities and using project-based learning to enable their learners to solve real-life engineering problems.
The training programme is open to both public and private school teachers at primary, junior and senior high schools, as well as tutors at teacher training colleges and lecturers at universities. STEM teachers/educators who have participated in our training report a sharp increase in the interest of their learners in science and mathematics immediately they started using hands-on approaches to teach either subjects.
Take a sneak peek into the learning journey of a teacher going through the PEN Teacher Roadmap programme.
  • Listen to past trainees sharing their experiences and the impact of the training in their classroom.

  • Hear from a learner whose teacher was trained by PEN:
